Our sweet class was very blessed to be guests of The First Lady, Mrs. Bentley on April 2nd. Upon arriving to the mansion we were able to color, hula hoop, blow bubbles, hopscotch, play with side walk chalk, and have a ball toss. After we played games, our Kinders were given a snack and Mrs. Bentley read them a story about Bentley Bunny. (hee hee) After much anticipation we lined up on the front lawn and got geared up to hunt 800 Easter eggs!!!!! The kids had a blast looking for eggs. I was so proud of each and everyone of them. They were all very gracious! Sweet Rishi asked where the Government was, meaning to say Governor. I have to say it blew away every expectation I had. I am forever grateful that my Kinders had this opportunity!

We Had a Sweet Week!

What a week! We had a great Valentine party thanks to Erin’s mom! We ate pizza, decorated cookies, made ice cream Sundays, and shared valentines. We also got a visit from the tooth fairy on Friday!! She left us lots of goodies to keep our teeth clean!

We will be celebrating President’s Day this week and we will also be focusing on the Letter Bb. Please keep practicing subtraction and addition.

Please remember to bring a teddy bear to school on Friday!
